EMPLOYEE INTRANET
I created the medical center's first employee intranet, leading the project from CMS vendor selection and information architecture through visual design, implementation, content organization, user training and ongoing administration.
INTRANET MIGRATION
Partnered with the central Johns Hopkins web team to transition our employee intranet to SharePoint and align with system-wide standards.
HOSPITAL PUBLIC WEBSITE
Led the redesign and launch of a new public website in 2009, including RFP development, vendor selection, information architecture, content organization, visual design, implementation and launch. Grew the redesigned public website to nearly 250,000 unique visitors in its first year, with search engines accounting for more than 75% of traffic.
Managed three major public website platform transitions over the site's lifespan, including migration from the original CMS to SiteExecutive, migration to a mobile-friendly version, and eventual transition to Sitecore when SiteExecutive was sunset.
